Characteristics of commercial concrete mixing plant and precast concrete mixing plant
The concrete mixing station and the concrete mixing building are all equipment for producing concrete. The mixing station consists of five major systems, such as material supply system, metering system, mixing system, electrical control system, etc. But what is the difference between these two sets of equipment?
First of all, the core of the precast coagulation mixing plant is a vertical axis planetary concrete mixer; the main body of the commercial concrete mixing plant is a double-shaft concrete mixer.
Secondly, the aggregate silo of the commercial concrete mixing station is above, and the aggregate is directly metered into the mixer;
The aggregate silo of the precast concrete mixing plant is below, and after the aggregate is metered, it needs to pass through the inclined belt (some also use the hoist) to enter the mixer.
Generally speaking, it is called a commercial concrete mixing station for the one-time lifting of the aggregate, and the pre-cast concrete mixing station for the second lifting.
Because the aggregate silo of the commercial concrete mixing plant is on top, the steel structure will be larger and the diagonal belt will be relatively longer. However, in terms of productivity, the productivity of commercial concrete mixing plants is about one-fifth higher than that of mixing stations.
In operation, due to the frequent start of the inclined belt of the precast concrete mixing station, the energy consumption and failure rate will increase, while the energy consumption and failure rate of the commercial concrete mixing station are relatively low.
Finally, due to the small production capacity of the precast concrete mixing station, the structure is easy to disassemble and assemble, and can form a container transfer place, which is suitable for the construction site;
The commercial concrete mixing plant is large in volume and high in productivity, and can only be used as a fixed stirring device, which is suitable for large-scale hydraulic engineering or large-volume commercial concrete supply.
Therefore, when distinguishing the concrete mixing station and the concrete mixing building, the customer selects the appropriate equipment from the aspects of the number of aggregates (materials) lifting and production efficiency.
