The installation of planetary concrete mixers shall be carried out by professionals in accordance with the provisions of the factory instructions, and shall be organized and adjusted under the auspices of technical personnel. Only after all technical performance indicators are in compliance with the regulations and the experience has been accepted, can they be used. The rain-proof or heat-protective shelter shall be provided with an insulating console, which shall be stabilized by brackets or support legs, and the roof materials shall be protected against flooding.
Fixed mixers should be mounted on firm pedestals. When fixed for a long time, the anchor bolts should be embedded. In the short-term use, wooden pillows should be laid on the base and stable, and tires should not be used instead of bearings.
The parking position of the mobile concrete mixer should be a flat, solid site surrounded by good drainage channels. Once in place, the legs should be lowered and the frame should be raised to a horizontal position to allow the tires to clear the ground. When the service life is long, the tires should be removed and stored properly. The ends of the axles should be wrapped with tarpaulin, and the racks should be upped with the sleepers.
